Master Cabin

Has a walk round “island” double size bed with topper and hanging cupboard on each side. a shelf with cupboards and drawers under on each side and individual reading wall mounted lights. A wall mounted Smart TV. There is also a 150lt hot water storage cylinder in a cupboard which has 12v/240v/heat exchanger hot water heating for the 2 bathrooms. Under the bed, on a hydraulic lifter, is a large storage area with the 600lt white diesel tank under the storage area. The BOSE surround sound amplifier for the bedroom is also located under the bed. There is a large opening window on the forward bulkhead and a hatch in the ceiling.

Guest Cabin

Guest cabin with 2 x single beds with comfortable mattresses and toppers, reading lights and CD player. Plentiful cupboards and storage. 1 opening porthole and 1 x deck-hatch as per master cabin. Extra water extraction for air conditioner is located under one of the single beds.

Kitchen

This spacious area has a large wrap around CORIAN worktop with integral sink and is fitted with a NEFF Microwave, a BOSCH Dish Washer, NEFF Washer /Dryer, a double STOVES convection oven, one with a grill, a 4 ring Neff gas hob, and a refrigerator and ice maker. There are work surface lights and lighted cupboards and there is an extractor /filter unit over the hob. There is a 150lt hot water storage cylinder in a cupboard which has 12v/240v/heat exchanger hot water heating for the kitchen. Located opposite the kitchen area is a breakfast bar/office area Bathrooms

Guest Bathroom

This bathroom has a CORIAN Sink unit, overhead cupboards a TECMA electric macerator toilet and a Jacuzzi with under water coloured lighting. Open the hatch and watch the stars above.

Master Bedroom En-suite

This bathroom has a CORIAN sink unit with 2 cupboards under a TECMA electric macerator toilet and mosaic tiled shower unit with glass folding door. Both bathrooms have heated towel racks.

Salon/Wheelhouse

This area has all round vision with large "tinted glass" opening windows. Access to the aft deck is through heavy duty Sea Glaze sliding doors. This saloon has fitted cupboards with a Smart TV situated on top and a 3 Seater recliner. The helmsman’s seating is covered in cream leather. Under the seating is a fridge Freezer and 12v system isolating switches
Under the floor in the saloon is the Vetus Heating & A/C unit, the 12kw Onan generator and battery, a 400lt red diesel tank 400lt black water tank and the 961lt freshwater tank.
Under the helmsman’s floor is the Victron inverter, solar panel monitor and the 240v shore power and generator trip and isolating switches.
The helm position has the usual engine gauges and controls, horn button, an Icom ship to shore radio, nav light switches, bow thruster controls, rudder indicator.

AFT DECK

Is a spacious area which can seat Eight for dinner and has oval shaped seating in cream leather. The aft deck can be fully enclosed with maroon canvas tenting with large heavy duty plastic windows.
The tenting is in 5 sections which can be removed separately or rolled up individually.
The deck under the table has a weed hatch for propellor access and all of the seating has under storage for tools etc.

Nanni 85 hp 5-cylinder diesel is located at the front of the boat. There are 2 alternators, one at 100amps for the engine battery and the other is 110 amps for the storage batteries and both have been replaced and refurbished in the last 12 months. The motor is located transversely located forward where on would find the chain locker in conventional craft. Drive is hydraulic to four blade prop. This system makes the engine virtually inaudible from the helm, saloon and aft deck and so makes cruising much quieter and less stressful. This installation also results in a floor plan that is almost one level.
