The Villegas Family is seeking justice after their loved one, 11-year-old Froylan Villegas, was shot and killed on Wednesday, Sept. 6. According to investigators, Villegas was fatally shot in a suspected road rage incident, while leaving an Isotopes baseball game. According to the Villegas family, Villegas is in stable condition, but suffered serious injuries. As a result of the shooting, doctors claim Villegas is currently paralyzed from the waist down.
